About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in ICU to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU.
- Apply critical care skills and clinical knowledge to monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.
- At least 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
