Registered Nurse - ICU

Role: ICU RN Clinical Staff member providing critical care to high-acuity patients in a modern intensive care environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.Manage ventilators, titrate drips, and monitor patient responses.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.Support families and provide compassionate communication.Uphold patient safety, infection control standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license with critical care or ICU experience preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Commitment to patient safety and quality care in an underserved community.
