Position Overview Department: Intensive Care Unit - ICUWork Location: UAB St. Vincent's St. Clair Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions. Serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care. Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN licensure from the state of Alabama.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required within 6 months.Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
