Registered Nurse - ICU

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate services
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights
• Ensure quality standards are met in care delivery

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or within licensure compact
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical duties
• Basic Life Support certification (or within 30 days of hire)
