About the role

VNA Health Group is a movement dedicated to transforming healthcare by empowering nurses and clinicians to provide exceptional care in patients' homes. We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Bayonne, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Start with a two-week clinical orientation to learn essential skills and systems.
• Assess patients with complex health needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Guide and educate patients and families through their healthcare journey.
• Collaborate with a team of VNA clinicians and external providers for seamless care.
• Record and track changes in patient conditions, updating care plans as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• At least one year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus for homecare experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and digital tools.
• A reliable car and valid driver’s license.

Pay & Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is USD $43.00 to USD $51.00 per hour. Additional benefits include a $2500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

You will be required to travel to patient homes, so reliable transportation is essential.

Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors, using clinical equipment, and comfortable with digital tools.
