About the role

VNA Health Group is a movement dedicated to transforming healthcare by empowering nurses and clinicians to provide exceptional, compassionate care in patients' homes. We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Start with a two-week clinical orientation to learn essential skills and systems.
• Assess patients with complex health needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Guide and educate patients and families through their healthcare journey.
• Collaborate with a team of VNA clinicians and external providers for seamless care.
• Document patient conditions and update care plans to reflect progress and needs.

Qualifications

• A registered nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• At least one year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus for homecare experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and digital tools for enhanced patient care.
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel to patient homes.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment.
• Use of a phone, computer, and other digital tools for client and customer contact.

Pay

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $43.00 to USD $50.00 per hour. Offerings may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
