About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Services team, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. This role offers autonomous practice with support from a collaborative healthcare team, allowing you to manage patient care independently. The position is based in Burley, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care
- Administer medications
- Monitor IV therapy
- Deliver patient and caregiver education
- Develop specialized clinical skills in a homecare environment
- Deliver meaningful, compassionate care where patients feel comfortable and supported
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Preferred: two years of RN experience, preferably in acute care, home health, or hospice
Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Manual dexterity
- Physical ability to lift and assist with patient mobility
- Ability to navigate busy environments
- Driving and physical stamina

Pay
Hourly rate ranges from $35.22 to $53.29, depending on experience.
