About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home environment. This role offers autonomous practice with support from a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive patient care in a home-based setting
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management and care plans

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

• At least two years as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in acute care, home health, or hospice settings

Physical requirements

• Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Capability to lift and handle medical equipment
