Registered Nurse - Home Health Services

Responsibilities

• Deliver and direct nursing services as prescribed
• Develop care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and community resources within a Point of Care setting

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• At least 1 year of clinical experience and hospice experience
• Valid Georgia RN license and CPR certification upon hire
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
