About the role
Provide one-to-one, compassionate care where patients are most comfortable: at home. As a Home Care RN, you will use cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to deliver exceptional care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. Our nurses follow physician orders and comply with the state's Nurse Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and organizational policies.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one care with patients in their homes
- Conduct client assessments, care planning, and intervention
- Supervise patient care and outcomes
- Follow physician orders and comply with state and organizational regulations
- Utilize advanced technology for remote monitoring and virtual care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- One (1) year of experience as a professional acute care nurse
- Home care experience preferred but not required
