About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled, in-home care to patients of all ages across Benton and parts of Washington and Carroll counties. This position is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating weekend and call requirements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinates patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with patient rights and Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current state licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR certification.
