About the role
Join a General Medicine Telemetry team to provide care for medically complex patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards
- Developing and documenting personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interprofessional team
- Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Educating patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-discharge care
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers
- Participating in professional development and fostering a healing environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN, MSN); new graduates encouraged to apply
- RN licensure required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
Schedule
- Night shift with three 12-hour shifts per week
- Rotating weekends and holidays
