About the role
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a telemetry unit, caring for medically complex patients requiring close monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs
- Promote patient safety and quality compliance
- Communicate effectively within the care team
- Ensure a safe environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN licensure required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and less than two years of experience
