Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position on our Medical/Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families
• Develop and implement individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans
• Perform hourly rounds to ensure safety, comfort, and environment quality
• Collaborate with the care team and family
• Utilize effective communication practices to ensure seamless transitions of care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• At least one year of acute care experience (full-time) or three years part-time
