About the role
We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate direct and indirect patient care across all hospital departments.
Responsibilities
- Perform head-to-toe patient assessments
- Utilize triage protocols to ensure timely care
- Communicate clinical changes to physicians
- Monitor cardiac rhythms following ACLS protocols
- Float across units as needed, demonstrating flexibility
- Support bedside reports and adjust nursing care to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current Nevada nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- PALS certification within six months of hire
- Minimum of two years of critical care experience in ED, ICU, or PACU
