Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction on the assigned unit
• Performing resident assessments, charting, and documentation
• Participating in employee evaluations, staffing, and interdisciplinary meetings
• Assuming "Building Charge" duties as directed
• Ensuring quality resident care and compliance with the Nurse Practice Act

Qualifications and skills

• Current Colorado RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Required CEUs and preferred experience in long-term care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
