Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Focuses on Patient-Centered Care as the foundation of all nursing activities.
• Supervises and guides assigned staff members.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Completion of a Specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• One year of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS, ACLS (adults), PALS (pediatrics), or NRP (neonatal).
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
