Registered Nurse - Full Time/Nights

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care collaboratively with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assess patient needs
• Evaluate care effectiveness and provide guidance to care team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties consistent with organizational mission and standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state or jurisdiction
• Completion of required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS)
• Ability to perform nursing competencies and in-service requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
