About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights. Coordinates care with other departments, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to nursing practice guidelines, ethical standards, and organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties within scope, supporting mission and standards.
• Uses unit-specific equipment.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of a recognized nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: one year of acute care experience, with six months recent experience.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform physical tasks.
