Registered Nurse - Full Time/Nights

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Family Birthplace team, providing specialized care for mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plansMonitoring maternal and fetal well-being and responding to changes in patient conditionAdministering medications and nursing interventions per physician orders and evidence-based practicesCollaborating with healthcare team members such as physicians, lactation consultants, and advanced practice providersEducating patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn careMaintaining accurate documentation and advocating for patient safety and rights Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN license in Oklahoma or a Compact StateAbility to meet all licensing requirements and complete necessary certifications (BLS, NRP, ACLS preferred)Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment Preferred Qualifications Include Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery, or Women’s ServicesAdditional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, or intermediate training This role offers professional growth, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive team environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care during significant life events.
