About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and ensures confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care in the Family Birthplace setting.
• Evaluate and improve care quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient needs.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS, and completion of required competencies and in-services.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassionate care skills.
