About the role

Full-time night shifts in the Medical-Surgical unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Maintain professional accountability and ensure quality care
• Evaluate care effectiveness provided by team members
• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
• Provide patient-centered care and evaluate care outcomes
• Coordinate with healthcare teams

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Completion of mandatory certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) and in-services within required timeframes
