Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for Intermediate ICU, working night shifts (7p-7a), providing high-quality critical care in a 16-bed Level IV Trauma unit. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Deliver patient-centered, relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations.Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinate safe, high-quality care within interdisciplinary teams, ensuring proper documentation and fostering a respectful environment.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development.Support evidence-based practice, policy adherence, and data collection for quality outcomes.Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient care. Qualifications Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current RN license (multi-state compact preferred).Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Instructor or Provisional).Experience in direct patient care preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
