Registered Nurse - Full-Time - Night - L&D

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-level nursing care to patients during night shifts. Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Supervise team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure age-appropriate care aligned with unit standards. Communicate effectively, foster a collaborative environment, take accountability for performance, seek continuous improvement, and support professional growth. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least 12 months of labor and delivery RN experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and initiative are essential.
