About the role
Registered Nurse providing specialized nursing care in a high-acuity setting during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure age-appropriate and standards-compliant care.
- Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, and promote a positive patient experience.
- Take accountability for individual performance and seek professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support certification and any additional departmental certifications.
- Valid nursing license or eligibility to practice in the specified state.
- Minimum of 12 months L&D RN experience.
