About the role
Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) on the Medical Surgical III Unit, providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients and families, addressing psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans using nursing knowledge, including diagnosis and co-morbidities.
- Coordinating interdisciplinary care, setting goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient/family needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license and BLS certification.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care environment.
- Demonstrates Service Excellence standards, promotes patient-centered care, and exhibits strong communication and coordination skills.
