Registered Nurse - Full Time, Day Shift

About the role

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of care and coordinate patient treatment with other departments.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
• Perform duties aligned with organizational standards, values, and mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days.
• Preferred: prior hospital or specialty experience; BSN and additional certifications are a plus.

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and twisting.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
