Registered Nurse - Full Time Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and individualized care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
• Cookcord and document safe, quality care, promote teamwork, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a professional and healthy work environment.
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred).
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in technology and clinical documentation.
