About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and adherence to established guidelines and ethical standards. Coordinates patient care collaboratively with other departments, maintaining patients' rights and confidentiality. Performs duties consistent with the organization's mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care within the scope of practice.
• Utilize unit-specific equipment and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience.

Skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for patient care.
