Registered Nurse - Full Time - Critical Care

About the role

Registered Nurse providing high-level nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care, ensuring age/developmentally appropriate treatment in line with unit standards.
• Supervise and collaborate with team members and multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and promote a positive patient experience.
• Take accountability for performance and seek professional growth.
• Engage actively in team development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; additional certifications as required.
• Valid professional nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with critical care/ER background.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
