Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Providing care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel nursing experience.Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications. Additional Details Offers weekly pay, including stipends, and eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites.Functions within the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
