Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact on patient care, especially in underserved communities. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized patient care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care plans.Delivering care across all phases—from preventative health to treatment and follow-up—adapting to patient needs and age-specific standards.Managing patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Hold an unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure preferred if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to work in locations at least 60 miles from residence.Maintain required competencies and certifications. Key Duties Include Providing high-quality, patient-centered care within legal and ethical standards.Participating in care planning, patient education, triage, and nursing interventions.Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
