About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care in a faith-based, non-profit long-term care facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist shift supervisors in planning, organizing, and managing nursing activities
- Assess and monitor residents' health
- Administer medications and treatments
- Develop care plans
- Report changes in resident conditions
- Provide emergency care when needed
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification
- Preferred experience in long-term care
- Ability to supervise and delegate effectively
