Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Monitoring resident health and responding to condition changes
• Conducting daily rounds and supporting quality care
• Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
• Aiding with admissions, care plan coordination, and care conferences
• Serving as a clinical resource during emergencies and urgent situations
• Supporting staff through coaching and supervision
• Participating in on-call duties as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Experience in senior healthcare
• Strong clinical judgment
• Excellent communication skills
• A commitment to person-centered care
• PREFERRED: Experience in long-term care and supervisory roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

$42.00–$50.88 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
