About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with healthcare professionals, such as physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans, ensuring quality care across all stages of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in diverse clinical settings.
• Conduct patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the scope of practice outlined by state licensure and professional standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.

Qualifications
