Registered Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

This role involves supervising patient care, leading assessments, customizing care plans, and addressing patient needs to promote recovery. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate across departments for coordinated care, provide direct patient support, and mentor staff on complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver high-quality patient care
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and customize individualized care plans
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Provide direct support to patients throughout their recovery journey
• Mentor and guide staff on complex clinical cases
• Promote patient milestones and a positive care environment

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is advantageous
