Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities Include Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards.Managing patient care across all phases, including prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Qualifications Include Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.Minimum one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel experience.Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
