Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centered clinical care to residents.Assess residents' health, develop and implement personalized care plans.Administer medications and treatments following protocols.Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, comfort, and quality of life.Mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure accurate documentation of care.Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
