About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with bilingual Spanish skills for a plasma donation center. This role involves conducting physical exams, assessing donor suitability, providing education on health and test results, managing injuries, and ensuring donor confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and assess donor suitability
• Provide education on health and test results to donors
• Manage injuries and ensure donor confidentiality
• Donor counseling and evaluating medical histories
• Assist with employee training and vaccination programs
• Build rapport with donors and evaluate health conditions
• Manage adverse events and support staff training

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Bilingual in Spanish

Skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Handle biological and cold environment exposures with proper PPE
