Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities Include Providing individualized nursing care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate patient care plans.Delivering care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, with flexibility to adapt to clinical needs.Maintains required competencies and certifications specific to department standards. Key duties: Care planning, patient assessment, education, triage, and executing nursing interventions within professional standards and ethical guidelines.
