Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Supervise and collaborate with team members to provide developmentally appropriate care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to promote understanding and a therapeutic environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and safe medication administration.
• Take responsibility for professional growth and performance improvement.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to hospital standards.
• Support patient education and foster a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in Texas.
• Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications as required.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and care standards.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Nightly shifts available.
