About the role

Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. Duties include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Administering medications according to physician orders and protocols
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Performing routine patient assessments and documenting findings
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Assisting with patient discharge planning and follow-up care

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current RN license in good standing
At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
Experience with electronic health record systems
Knowledge of infection control practices

Skills

Proficient in computer applications
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective time management and organizational skills

Pay
