Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare by providing patient-centered care in underserved communities. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized nursing care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions while adhering to professional standards and scope of practice. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure for NLC states.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
