Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing direct medical-surgical patient care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care using established policies, procedures, and protocols.Develop and implement individualized care plans through patient assessments and the nursing process.Advocate for patients and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to meet care needs.Educate patients and families on health promotion, maintenance, and comfort measures.Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.Foster a positive work environment by mentoring colleagues and students.Perform point-of-care testing and other assigned duties safely and effectively. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.Current RN license in applicable states (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin) with required certifications such as BLS.No prior experience necessary. Skills And Physical Requirements Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks regularly.Proficiency in visual, auditory, and olfactory senses for patient care.
