Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating care effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Involve patients and families in care decisions.
• Assess educational needs and develop personalized care plans with goals and outcomes.
• Document care plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Perform patient handoffs using safety tools.
• Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Delegate and guide unlicensed staff.
• Participate in committees and special projects.
• Perform patient rounding based on needs.
• Complete mandatory training and stay informed on policies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license.
• Certification in BLS (additional certifications may be required).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and movement.
