Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in short-term rehab and long-term care settings.
• Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor residents' conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure documentation in the EMR is accurate and up-to-date.
• Educate residents and families to support informed decision-making.
• Support safe transitions of care for residents.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current valid RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and educational skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
