Responsibilities
- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and addressing patient concerns.
- Serving as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs, and celebrating patient milestones.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is a plus.
