About the role

Delivering quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and update care plans accordingly.
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to CNAs and LPNs.
• Implement department policies, goals, and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate effectively within a team and exercise good judgment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in nursing (associate's or bachelor's).
• Active RN license in applicable state, maintained throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire, with ongoing certification maintenance.
