About the role

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for pediatric patients, specializing in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and adjust care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Review care protocols and provide healthcare education
• Coordinate care and support discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Health certificate
• BLS certification
• Recent RN experience preferred
