Registered Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, including physicians, to coordinate care.
• Providing patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions across all care phases.
• Ensuring care delivery within the scope of nursing practice and adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Providing individualized patient care, coordinating nursing activities, and working within legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
